Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this 1-hour window, orders may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@maavox.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  • Email info@maavox.com with your order number

  • Clearly explain the reason for the return

  • Our team will review your request fairly and provide return instructions if approved

Returns must be sent only to the return address we provide.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
